3. Fees and Payments

Our service fees are distinct from state filing fees. By utilizing our services, you agree to pay both the SPSPK service fee and the corresponding state fee for your selected jurisdiction. All fees are clearly displayed prior to checkout. Filing fees are non-refundable once submitted to the state or IRS.

4. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided to SPSPK. We are not liable for rejected applications, delays, or penalties resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or false information provided by you.

5. IRS and State Timelines

SPSPK does not guarantee specific processing times. LLC formation times vary by state. ITIN processing times are determined strictly by the IRS (typically 8-12 weeks, but subject to change). We process applications promptly on our end, but government delays are outside our control.
